The Sword Health joint health program uses the latest technology to help people with debilitating pain and physical limitations. The solution includes:

  • Options for acute, chronic, pre- and post-surgery, and rehabilitation needs.
  •  A secure tablet, preloaded with a member-customized exercise program.
  • Exercises for lower back, shoulder, neck, elbow, hip, knee, ankle, and/or wrist.
  • Motion-sensing technology that detects movement and gives real-time feedback on proper form and level of engagement.

Intensive, short-term join health program

The joint health program lasts 8 – 12 weeks, with up to five 20- to 30-minute sessions per week. Sword Health therapists update session content and communicate with members each week, with video consultations at least once a month.
