Our Supplier Diversity Program promotes opportunities for businesses that are:

Our opportunities span a range of industries and services, including construction, computer hardware and software, office supplies, printing, professional services, promotional products, and temporary staffing. We also work with Sourcing Solutions to expand our supplier pool and build partnerships in our communities.

We regularly engage with diverse suppliers to learn about their capabilities and experience.

Supporting diversity throughout the supply chain

Our Supplier Diversity Program encourages our suppliers to use diverse suppliers themselves.

First-tier contracts are between our company and the supplier. Second-tier contracts are between the first-tier supplier and its subcontractor(s). It's the first-tier supplier's responsibility to determine if its subcontractors are diverse suppliers and use diverse suppliers whenever possible.

At the end of each quarter, first-tier suppliers have 10 days to submit a second-tier diverse spend report. Email supplierdiversity@highmarkhealth.org for the report template.
