Highmark Wholecare understands Pennsylvania Medicaid members have a hard time making ends meet. Our members could receive cell phone service at no cost through the SafeLink Lifeline Program.

Once you enroll, you’ll receive:

• 350 talk minutes per month
• Unlimited text messaging 4.5 GB of data per month
