Highmark Wholecare Fitness Benefit

Your 2025 Highmark Wholecare Fitness benefits give you access to fitness studios, gyms, digital fitness and wellness content and more.

This benefit is part of your Highmark Wholecare plan at no additional cost to you.

Your 2025 Fitness and Health Benefit

Your Highmark Wholecare Fitness and Health Benefit is brought to you by FitOn Health. With your fitness benefit, you’ll have:

  • Access to 13,000+ gyms, studios, and community centers across the country. Find a location near you and buy memberships or classes with earned credits.
  • Online fitness class options for all fitness levels, led by trained instructors.
  • Wellness classes to help you build healthy habits. Learn about nutrition, stress management, and other topics to support your overall well-being.
  • Meal planning resources with 500+ exclusive recipes. Find delicious and healthy recipes to fuel your fitness journey.
  • Educational courses for managing chronic conditions. Gain valuable knowledge and tools to manage your health effectively.

How does FitOn Health work?

At the beginning of each month, you’ll receive 32 credits to use for in-person fitness classes. These credits can be used for monthly gym memberships and fitness classes.

How do I know if my gym is in the FitOn network?

The great thing about FitOn is you can use any gym you d like, whether it s in-network or not. Heres the difference:

In-network gyms:

Use your monthly credits by signing up for monthly memberships or fitness classes through your member account. 

Out-of-network gyms:

Use your monthly credits by creating a digital debit card through to pay for monthly memberships or gym classes. 

If you run out of credits

If you use up your credits for the month, you may have to pay out-of-pocket to cover any remaining costs. Your FitOn Health account shows the dollar amount of a credit, so you'll know exactly how much you’ll pay if you choose to pay out-of-pocket.

Setting up your account

When you ‘re ready to use your Highmark Wholecare FitOn Fitness benefits, you’ll have two ways to set up your account.

Get set up online

If you have access to the internet or an electronic device:

  1. Go to fitonhealth.com/register.
  2. Enter your email and choose a password.
  3. Verify your eligibility by entering your full legal name, date of birth, and zip code to match the information on file with us.

Get set up by phone

A FitOn Health representative can help you locate a participating facility, purchase a gym membership, or sign up for a class. 

Call FitOn Health at 1-855-946-4036 (TTY 711), Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. 

2024 SilverSneakers® Benefits

Can I keep using SilverSneakers?

Yes. Now until 12/31/24, Highmark Wholecare members can take advantage of our current SilverSneakers benefit, which offers access to free fitness classes and wellness programs at thousands of locations across the country.
